I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of our clients are business owners, not engineers. We handle the technology and keep you in the loop in plain language, with a working demo every week.
Should I build custom or start with JoyBot AI?
If you run a service business (bookings, customers, payments, support), JoyBot AI is usually the fastest route. If your operations are unusual or you're replacing specific tools, a custom build may fit better. We'll recommend one on the discovery call.
What does "open source" mean for me?
JoyBot AI's code is public. You're never tied to us: you can host it yourself, have any developer work on it, or have us customize and run it for you.
Which SaaS tools make sense to replace?
The best candidates are tools you pay for per seat, use only part of, or constantly work around: typically CRM, help desk, live chat, scheduling, forms and portals. We'll tell you honestly when a tool is better left as a subscription.
Isn't building my own more expensive?
Not necessarily. During discovery we compare what you spend on subscriptions with the cost of building and running your own version, so you decide with real numbers in front of you.
